LIAV to hold its Victorian Landscape Awards on 25 October

 The Landscape Industries Association of Victoria (LIAV) says its premier event, the Victorian Landscape Awards will be held at the National Gallery of Victoria on 25 October, 2009.

According to Landscaping Victoria, the event will celebrate the latest and the best landscape projects from around the state. The nominated projects for 2009 feature a diverse plant palette, elaborate stonework and paving styles, swimming pools.

LIAV says the projects are judged across categories of design, construction and maintenance in both the residential and commercial sectors.

The Victorian Landscape Awards are aimed to inspire and motivate those in the landscape industry, to raise the quality standards of landscape projects and reflect the latest styles and trends of gardens in this state.
