METABO says the core of the PowerCutter Li is its 7.2V rotating cutting blade cuts, which soft and hard wood up to 8mm thick in any direction.

Metabo designed two different versions of the Power Cutter Li for various area sizes. Not yet available in Australia, the PowerCutter Li offers a power pack capacity of 1.1Ah and the PowerCutter Li Pro has 2.2Ah for 24hr jobs.

According to Metabo, the cutting blade rotates 1,400rpm, weighing 1kg and the replaceable lithium-ion power packs require as little as 30min to recharge.

Metabo claims the PowerCutter Li is suitable for a range of applications, from trimming hedges to cutting soft and hard wood to filigree pruning of box hedges.
