Frontier Equipment expands its landscape tool product line-up

JOHN Deere says its Frontier Equipment product line has expanded its existing product portfolio with the release of several new material handling and landscape tools.

According to Deere, the new products include LL12 Series Drawn Box Scrapers, the DT1136 Trencher, BB13 and BB14 Series Rear Box Blades, and RB21H Series Rear Blades.

The company says the Frontier DT1136 Trencher is compatible with its 2000 Series Compact Utility Tractors, in addition to its iMatch hitch for fast, easy, equipment hookups. The trencher's chain can cut a channel 15.2cm wide and up to 91.4cm deep.

The DT1136 Trencher is said to be suitable for landscapers who occasionally need to dig small trenches or install underground sprinkler systems, as the trencher cuts through the soil, its 35.5cm discharge auger pushes dirt aside, and prevents backfill from entering the newly trenched channel.

Frontier's BB13 and BB14 Series Rear Box Blades are suitable for lawn care, gardening and provide quick and easy grading for most landscaping tasks. The BB13 Series Blades are available in 1.4m, 1.5m, 1.65m and 1.8m widths. And the BB14 Series Box Blades are offered in 1.8m and 2.1m widths.

Deere says all six box blade models are compatible with compact-utility or utility tractors under 80hp and can be easily connected to the tractor's 3-point rear hitch.
