Principium announces Green Industry seminars for business buyers and sellers

THE PRINCIPIUM Group has announced a new seminar series for owners of green industry businesses who are considering selling or expanding.

According to Principium, the US course schedule for 2009 includes Dallas from 13 to 14 October, Denver from 9 to 10 November and Northern Virginia from 7 to 8 December.

Principium says the first course to be offered is Planning for the Sale of Your Green Industry Business, Proven Techniques to Enhance the Value and Marketability of Your Business.

The second course offered is titled Planning an Acquisition Strategy, How to Grow Your Green Industry Business with Strategic Acquisitions.

The Principium Group is a leading merger and acquisition firm focused on the Green Industry which includes lawn care, tree care, landscape services, nurseries, garden centers, tree farms, sod farms and similar businesses.
