ELMICH Australia says its TurfPave XD grass pavers are a landscaping solution for high traffic areas and an alternative to impermeable hard surfaces.
According to Elmich, TurfPave can be installed under the turf surface and stabilises the soil, allowing root growth and permitting rainwater to drain away. It is an alternative to bitumen and concrete surfaces and offers protection to vegetation surrounding traffic areas by allowing water to drain through to the feeder roots.
Elmich says the TurfPave landscaping solution can conform to uneven areas and is adaptable for use in many applications. It protects turfed driveways, walkways and car parks where ground compacting causes the root systems to be killed resulting in worn areas.
TurfPave XD is manufactured from recycled plastics and its interlocking modules can withstand compaction from heavy vehicle loads.
